Refund & Returns Policy

We always strive to provide the best products and service. This Refund & Return Policy explains when returns and refunds are applicable.

1. Eligibility for Return

A product is eligible for return only if:

• It is damaged or defective on arrival
• The wrong product is delivered
• The product is unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included
• Return request is made within 7 daysof delivery

2. Non-Returnable Products

We do NOT accept returns if:

• The product has been installed or used
• There is physical damage after delivery
• Filters or consumables have been opened or used
• The product was purchased during special sale/offer events
• The water purifier is customized for specific water quality

3. Refund Process

Refund will be initiated only after:

• The product is inspected
• Verification of the issue
• Approval of the return request
• Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

Refund method:

• Online payment → refunded to the same payment method
• Cash on Delivery → refunded to bank account

4. Replacement Policy

If a product is damaged/defective, we offer:

• Free replacement of the product
• Replacement subject to availability
• If not available, full refund will be provided

5. Cancellation Refunds

Refunds for canceled orders will be as follows:

• Orders canceled before dispatch → 100% refund
• Orders canceled after shipping → Not eligible for refund

6. Installation after Return Request

If the product is already installed, return or refund is not allowed.

Customer must uninstall the product before initiating a return request.
